MANX LOTTERY TRUST AWARDS GRANT TO REVAMP JURBY PLAY PARK
Manx Lottery Trust has awarded a grant to Jurby Parish Commissioners through the Community Awards programme to upgrade the much-loved Jurby Play Park.
Originally installed over 20 years ago and funded by the local community, the park is now set for a significant transformation to meet modern standards and enhance inclusivity.

The Community Awards programme, funded by the Manx Lottery Trust as a delegated partner of the National Lottery Community Fund, supports projects that improve communities and the lives of those most in need, providing grants between £2,501 and £50,000.
Darren Hope , Chair of Jurby Parish Commissioners, said: ‘We are incredibly thankful to the Manx Lottery Trust for this generous grant. This project will strengthen community bonds and provide lasting benefits for the residents of Jurby and beyond."
Stephen Turner, Chairman of the Manx Lottery Trust, added: ‘We are delighted to support Jurby Parish Commissioners in upgrading their play park. This project embodies the spirit of our Community Awards programme by enhancing public spaces and ensuring they are inclusive for everyone.’
