Malcolm Kelly was today appointed Chairman of the Manx Lottery Trust upon the retirement of Marlene Hendy.

Lulu Gillow was appointed Vice-Chairman.

On behalf of his fellow Trustees, and Officers, Mr Kelly thanked Mrs Hendy for her hard work with the Trust over the past 10 years and particularly during her two year term as Chairman, and added that everyone would miss her expertise and enthusiasm.
